For regular clients you have a choice of memberships all offering great deals and savings, with newsletters special offers and freebies throughout the year.

Consultations
Consultations are free but essential for all new clients to assess the best treatment. I wish…® and Gernetic take time and are specialised so charged accordingly. Please see the price list.
Cancellations
At least 24hrs notice should be given, or a full charge will be made.
Gift vouchers
A special gift for a special person and so presented in a package with freebies – much nicer than just an envelope – can be sent by mail order.
Gift wrapping
Gift wrapping is free at any time of year.
Payment
Payment is accepted by cash or credit/debit cards.
Mail order
Mail order is available using card payment over the telephone. Great if you can’t get in or in poor weather.
Appointments
Appointments can be very busy and regularly work 3 to 4 weeks in advance, so the answering machine will be on. Please leave a message.
