No hands massage

What is it? Put simply No Hands Massage is a way to give you the best body massage ever. My personal mission is to find the best and most memorable massage, and nothing comes near this.

It is carried out mainly with the fore arms and developed by Gerry Pyves over the last 30 years. With me your experience will be 99% oil free, working mainly through towels. My prior training means you may get a little Indian Head, Reflexology, Aromatherapy or Reiki etc in there also – lucky you!

It is the gentle giant, one minute it is light as you float along high above – the next very deep, as your body becomes heavy. You chill out and relax, but then emerge full of energy with a clear mind empty of problems. You are treated through massage on a mental as well as physical level. Lymphatic water retention is improved, muscles released, mind cleared and headache gone, stress controlled again.

Beforehand you decide what you want from the session. Choose from release, nourish, connection, renew, transformation, or energising. Then breathe in and feel the release as you lie there.

We work with or without appropriate music there are no routines as it is different every time – just as you are!

Allow 2hrs of your time

With choice of either: Ahava therapeutic bath salts or Gernetic essential oil bath salts or CD of your choice.
